I cannot give this place anything higher than 3 stars. I felt as though this place was just not funded to be the expected standard. The bar or kitchen was not open at night. Bugs in the light fixtures. Computers were exposed showing PII information. Rooms were a bit worn with stained furniture and older towels. Hallways smelled like a wet shower. I didn't get any toiletries. Now, the people were absolutely nice and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast, great customer service, and even the other guests were outstanding. This place just needs some work.

Don't stay here. Worst breakfast ever! Room couch was uncomfortable and stained. Load noise from the roadway. ||||Gym was reasonable. Did not try the pool.||||Staff were very friendly. Check in and out very smooth.

This place has to be the filthiest, dirtiest and stinkiest place I have ever stayed in my life!!! They DO Not clean rooms, pick up the trash outside. The trash is over flowing everywhere, the stink in the hallway gives me headaches. The hallway stinks so bad!!! We stayed four nights and they never came and clean the rooms, changed linens or anything! We asked them to clean the room but was told they only clean rooms if you are checking out for the next person. Our shower stinks, dirty towels everywhere because there was no place for us to put dirty towels. There was an actual poop stain on a shower bench my husband who is on a wheelchair asked no begged them on multiple occasions to get although we booked a specific room with a wheelchair accessible. This is horrible place to stay. Please please believe me anywhere else is better than this filthy place.

clean hotel, good breakfast, BUT know you have to request housekeeping services. no trash can liners, fresh towels, or coffee in your room past the first night unless you ask for it. saw a housekeeping cart in the hall once and was there 5 days

I stayed at your hotel to attend a wedding in Westminster, MD. My daughter and I found the room to be very nice, clean and roomy. the staff was wonderful. Actually, my daughter lost her purse and was frantic. She went to the front desk and they had everything for her in a plastic bag. Nothing was missing. My daughter was almost in tears and so happy that this turned out well. Once again, can't say enough good things about our stay.
